1. Shipping Coverage We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure delivery.
2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Delivery Estimates We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@primestore-llc.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
